Program: Don’t miss this opportunity to learn all the latest changes and great happenings at Port Canaveral. Our very own Rear Admiral Wayne Justice, United States Coast Guard (Retired) who also represents Port Canaveral as a Commissioner elected by the citizens of Brevard County, will be providing a brand-new up-to-date look and current projected changes that will make Port Canaveral one of the busiest and most modern cruise terminal Ports in the United States.

Commissioner Justice was re-elected to the Commission representing District 3 for another four-year term that began December 2018. He spent 2018 as the chairman of the Canaveral Port Authority.  A Coast Guard Academy and Naval War College graduate, he spent 37 years in the Coast Guard, with 15 of those assigned in Florida.  Justice had 12 years on cutters, specializing in counter drug, illegal migrant, and search and rescue patrols. He retired as a Rear (2 star) Admiral and currently is a maritime consultant.

Admiral Justice has been a longstanding member of our chapter. He currently serves as the treasurer of our Good Deeds Foundation among other duties. In addition to his duties as Port Authority Commissioner RADM Wayne Justice has served as Chairman of the five-person commission since 2018. He also serve(s/ed) in several organizations in our community to include: Board of Directors, Port Canaveral Propeller Club – Board of Directors, Space Coast Navy League – Board of Directors, Crosswinds Youth Services – Board of Directors and Legislative Liaison for the Military Officer’s Association of America (MOAA) Cape Canaveral Chapter.
