CAPT Jacqueline Rychnovsky, USN (Ret.), PhD, CAE
Board Position: Executive Director (Ex Officio)

Captain (Retired) Jacqueline Rychnovsky joined the Commissioned Officers Association of the U.S. Public Health Service (COA) and the PHS Commissioned Officers Foundation for the Advancement of Public Health (COF) in May 2020 as the Executive Director. 

During her nearly 40-year nursing career, which includes 27 years as a U.S. Navy Nurse, Rychnovsky provided bedside to boardroom care to women, newborns, children, and military members in inpatient, outpatient, and research settings. She completed a 1-year health policy fellowship in the office of Senator Daniel K. Inouye (D-HI) and was the first Nurse Corps Officer to command a U.S. Navy Research & Development laboratory. 

Following her military retirement she served for 3 years as the Vice President of Research, Public Policy, & Strategic Initiatives at the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN). Rychnovsky has served as a member of the Editorial Board for the Journal of Obstetric, Gynecologic, and Neonatal Nurses (JOGNN) and is a member of the National Perinatal Information Center Board of Directors. 

Rychnovsky is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board, a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (FAANP), and a Certified Association Executive (CAE) through the American Society of Association Executives.

• The TMBC is held every Thursday at the Indian River Colony Club, At Ease Club, in the 19th Hole Lounge.  The meeting starts promptly at 0800 and ends just as promptly at 0900.  Enter through the main gate at IRCC at the intersection of Murrell Road and Freedom Drive in Viera and ask for directions at the gate.

• The Breakfast Club is an informal gathering to keep informed on happenings in Congress, at the VA Clinic, the Patrick AFB Exchange & Commissary, sister veteran's organizations and more. The meeting is filled with humor and stories of members experiences in war and life. Welcome new members! Come add your two cents. Despite the name there is no breakfast, just great camaraderie and fun.
