CHRISTMAS DINNER DANCE

Sequence of Events:

• 5 PM  Cocktails (Cash Bar)
• 6 PM Dinner
• Dancing until 9:00PM (2100 hours) Entertainment provided by TBD

Dress:  Service/Service Dress Uniform, Coat and Tie; Cocktail Dress

Menu Choices:

1. Filet w/Bearnaise Sauce, Duchess Potatoes & Asparagus - $55.00
2. Salmon w/ a Piccata Sauce, Duchess Potatoes & Asparagus - $50.00
3. Eggplant Rollatini w/ Marinara Pasta & Asparagus - $45.00

• Sides for all. Garden Salad w/ Ranch & Italian on Tables
• Dessert :  Carrot Cake w/ Carrot on Top
• Served with rolls & butter and coffee & tea.
