2026 VyStar Veterans Recognition Dinner

Hello, my name is Larry Jackson and I am honored to serve as the chair for the 2026 Vystar Veterans Recognition Dinner.  I wanted to take a few moments to tell you briefly about the MOAACC Good Deeds Foundation, the Veterans Recognition Dinner, and how you can participate.

The MOAACC Good Deeds Foundation (GDF) is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides monetary support to youth, active duty military, and veteran programs in Brevard County.  Over the past twelve years GDF has assisted thousands of students, active duty members, Veterans, and the families of deceased military members.  You can read more about these important efforts at https://moaacc.org/good-deeds/.

The Vystar Veterans Recognition Dinner, first held in November 2025, provides a unique opportunity for Brevard County to gather for an inspiring evening dedicated to honoring the organizations, projects, and volunteers who tirelessly support our Veterans. This special event brings together community leaders, Veteran advocates, businesses, and citizens committed to making a meaningful difference for those who have served our nation.  This year’s Veterans Recognition Dinner (VRD) will be held on November 7, 2026 at the beautiful Hilton Rialto in Melbourne.  Please see the flyer below for more details.

So how can you participate in this event and support the Good Deeds Foundation?  Interested individuals or community groups can participate in a number of ways: attending the dinner (individual seats or a sponsored table), becoming a VRD event sponsor (Gold, Auction, Program Book sponsorships are available), contributing to the live or silent auctions, purchasing an ad in the program book, or by making a donation.  The point of contact for each of these participation opportunities is listed below – we welcome and encourage your participation!
