Joint ASCF & AFIO Luncheon – National Defense Strategy

Lieutenant Larry Sanford, USN (Ret.), President of the Association of Former Intelligence Officers (AFIO) – Florida Satellite Chapter, invites MOAACC members to attend a joint luncheon hosted by the American Security Council Foundation (ASCF) and AFIO Florida Satellite Chapter.

Admiral Cathal O’Connor, USN (Ret.)
Topic: National Defense Strategy

Admiral O’Connor is a graduate of the University of Virginia and was commissioned through the Naval ROTC program. He is a graduate of the Naval War College and holds a Master of Arts degree from Salve Regina University. His distinguished career includes sea duty aboard destroyers, amphibious ships, and aircraft carriers. His command assignments include Expeditionary Strike Group (San Diego) and Amphibious Squadron (Sasebo, Japan).
