• Installation of 2020 FCOC Officers by Lt Gen Dana Atkins, MOAA President; and,
• Lt Gen Atkins will provide an update on MOAA’s activities and plans.
• The initial Board meeting of the newly elected FCOC Board (Optional attendance for chapter membership). The Meeting agenda will be provided to FCOC officers and Board members.

To All FCOC Members:
This invitation to attend the FCOC Annual Meeting via Video Conference is being sent to all FCOC Officers/Board members and Chapter Presidents. Chapter Presidents are encouraged to re-transmit this invitation to their chapter membership requesting all members to attend.
While attendance by chapter members is voluntary, the establishment of a quorum depends on the number of chapters represented on the video conference to participate in the voting. Request all Chapters designate at least one individual to represent their Chapter on the video conference and register votes for your Chapter.

I realize this is not the optimum way to conduct our FCOC business, but it appears to be the most practical method considering the current environment. Yesterday’s FCOC Board meeting with 30 in attendance, while not the same as an in-person meeting, accomplished the mission at hand. Once again, for the Annual Meeting, since the level of attendance/participation will determine the success of this approach, I am asking the AVPs and the Chapter Presidents to participate and to encourage their members to participate as well.
