75th Anniversary of the End of WWII, Veterans Memorial Center

75th Anniversary of the End of WWII: On Saturday, 15 August 0900-1030 at the Museum of the Veterans Memorial Center (VMC) on Merritt Island there will be a special Ceremony to commemorate the end of WWII when the Japanese surrendered on that date in 1945. Masks will be required along with social distancing in the 6000 sq ft, two story museum. As part of the Ceremony we will honor WWII veterans who are able to join us. As of late July, six of those members of the "Greatest Generation” are expected to attend. Many MOAACC members will attend including some of the WWII Veterans.
