1600 - 2030          Thunder Alley in Park Open for All not on Motorcycle Convoy from the Port. (Close at 2030 for Vigil)

CA. 2015              Motorcycles Arrive for Loop in VMC and Park, parking in Mall (All VMC Foot Traffic Only)

2100 - 2145          Candlelight Vigil led by Gold Star Families: VMC Plaza; Vietnam Moving Wall; War on Terror Wall in Gray Hall

Saturday, 29 May

0700 - 1000          Vendor Set up

1000- 2200          Thunder Alley in Operation: Food and Drink Trucks; Three bands; Vendors; Special Guest Speakers at 1900; DJ between Band

2200—2330         Optional Vendor Break Down

Sunday, 30 May  

0800- 0900          Vendor Set Up

0900 - 1300          Thunder Alley Open as warranted

1000           Ride For Freedom Motorcycles Depart on Ride through Central Brevard Barrier Islands Ending at the Port (Send Off From VMC/Nearby Roads)

1300- 1500 Final Close down for all Vendors and Guests

Notes: Security Provided from 1600 Friday 24/7 through 1300 Sunday; Golf Carts Available to assist visitors if needed; Rental portable restrooms too supplement 6 in VMC and Park;

VMC Museum Open all Hours of Event — Learning and Cooling Off Center; Volunteer teams from all RT Chapters; the VMC; other orgs, etc, will be needed and formed last week of May to work in shifts to support Parking, vendors, etc. .
