The much-anticipated Pinning Ceremony for the St. Francis Lifestage Care, We Honor Veterans Program was held at Sonata Viera on Friday March 4, 2022.  There were well over 100 residents and guests in attendance.  The IRCC Foundation awarded a $2,500 grant to this program on July 19, 2021.  The IRCC Foundation was recognized by Christine Tate, Veteran Coordinator at St. Francis Reflections as a major contributor to the Program and the Ceremony.  Approximately 40 Veteran’s were recognized, pinned, “coined”, and received a certificate.  Additionally, there were about 35 military spouses who were pinned and received Certificates.  Making the presentations were members of the IRCC Foundation (Brian Whalen and Jerry Gill, see picture), Also assisting in the presentations were Officers from the Military Officers Assn of America, Cape Canaveral Chapter, (also a contributor to the program) and a large contingent from Rolling Thunder®, Inc., Florida Chapter 1.
