MOAACC president LtCol Brian Whalen USAF (ret) Carries the ceremonial MOAA wreath for display at The Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall.

This was the Florida’s 35th annual all Veterans Reunion. According to Mr.Doc Russo, wall official, The wall had 75 Veteran displays and over 25 thousand visited during 4-7 May 2023, In Wickham Park in Melbourne Fl. In 2024 the wall will be in Jackson Miss.
