Attention Military Pharmacy Users: The DosePharm app is no longer authorized for use.  All DoD Pharmacy patrons need to use "Q-Anywhere" (a new text activation service) for the automated refill line, or come into the pharmacy for medication activations and refills. To submit a prescription activation request via Q-Anywhere, text “Get in line” to 1-833-464-1562. You will need the DoD ID for the patient that you are submitting the request for. To submit a refill request via the automated refill system, call 321-321-4774.
