Maddie Maroney, M.S., at Florida Institute of Technology is conducting a study titled “Exploring the Influence of Military Culture on Stigma, Grit, and Seeking Treatment in a Community U.S. Veteran Sample.” Participants 18 and older, including student veterans, can complete a brief 10–20 minute online survey. The study is legitimate and approved: Ms. Maroney has received a Certificate of Clearance for Human Participants Research from FIT’s Institutional Review Board (IRB).
